BUSINESS MENTORSHIP WITH THE SBDC

The Denver Small Business Development Center (SBDC) offers free consulting services and training programs to help small businesses find success and growth. Some of their programs include business and strategic planning, networking and educational events, funding and investment, and a strong resources page all in one place. 

FINANCIAL EMPOWERMENT WITH OPERATION HOPE

Operation Hope provides a wide range of financial literacy and empowerment programs to bring hope and economic justice to low wealth communities around the world. From teaching basic financial literacy, to providing free credit and money management, Hope counselors are available to help you with all of your financial needs.

The International Trade Commission offers free consulting for U.S. business owners looking for opportunities to expand globally. The commission helps U.S. companies plan, develop and execute international sales strategies necessary to succeed in today’s global marketplace. They provide tools including export guides, market intelligence, trade leads database and opportunities to attend industry events.

Participants leave the program with a deeper understanding of how to create a sustainable business, articulate their models, and repeat the process with the next great idea.

PEER GROUPS AT COLORADO WOMEN’S CHAMBER

The Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce provides a number of mastermind-style peer groups. Peer groups provide an opportunity to seek support from other business owners, collaborate, brainstorm and support one another in achieving a higher level of achievement.

Since 2014, Women of Denver (WOD) has been the most diverse and active women’s organization in Denver. With over 50 events per year their dynamic network helps women increase their business knowledge, build leadership skills and connect with other powerful and inspiring women throughout the metro area.
