What do people often thank you for?
People often thank me for helping them see what's possible for them. They are grateful for my encouragement and guidance to help them take the necessary steps to make it happen!
What's been inspiring you lately?
Lately, I have been so inspired by all the women around the world who shared their ideas worth spreading on the TEDx stage. One of my favorite quotes by Maya Angelou is "Each time a woman stands up for herself, without knowing it possibly, without claiming it, she stands up for all women."
What do you love most about WOD?
What I LOVE most about WOD are the genuine connections that I have made with other women in the community and the amazing opportunities to grow into our fullest potential as women in business by being seen, supported, and heard.
Tell us about a recent accomplishment you're proud of.
A recent accomplishment that I'm proud of is getting my speaking reel completed AND setting the pre-release date for my second book in January 2017!
What else would you like us to share about you?
I am often described as being bold, spunky, and tenacious with just enough grit and guts to endure life's adversity with great fortitude. Women show up to work with me to shift their destructive relationship patterns and behaviours. They gain the clarity and confidence to reclaim their power, moving forward with the competence and fortitude to create vibrant relationships, and ultimately a love life that supports the best version of themselves!
