Well you’re not alone, and in order to bring your stress level back down to optimal Nina teaches a method that employs gratitude to eliminate the high stress in moments when your body is starting to react. She says that because gratitude and stress cannot coexist it is a way to halt the body’s reaction to leave you feeling calm and level headed in a moment when you might typically be getting your back up, ready for a fight.
