Today's event took us on a reflective journey through our personal consciousness. We did a deep dive into our current priorities, the priorities we wish we had, and the reasons behind our drive to overwork ourselves.
Our event was led by Amanda Sowadski, a certified Functional Diagnostic Nutrition® practitioner, who helped us understand our current motivations by completing "the pie of life" representing the percentage of our time we spend prioritizing our creativity, mental health, money, nature, physical health, relationships, self-care, sexuality, spirituality, and work/life purpose.
We then completed an identical worksheet with our desired pie, which represents the way we would ideally like to live our lives.
After the event, we left with renewed energy to work towards our personal goals and actionable ideas for how we can pursue our ideal pie of life.
