On this episode of Inside the Women of Denver we interviewed Teena Evert, LOVE Success Mentor of Ignite Love Now. As a mentor, Teena shows women how to shift their destructive relationship patterns and create a love life that supports the best version of themselves.
Teena explains to us how she uses the feminine and masculine to help women find balance within their love and professional lives. She explains the conflicts that successful women experience while trying to be it all - be superwoman. She explains how the drive to be successful often requires the use of our masculine energies but these qualities are transferred to the home life it can cause conflict with partners.
Her methods require much self exploration in order to find love that supports an individuals' true self and she explores the answers to two key questions:
How do I find fulfillment? This question is one explored in many aspects of our lives and Teena’s process helps women first to find themselves. She helps women to gather the pieces of themselves they lost along the way and learn that their true selves are worthy of love.
How do I want to feel? Through really questioning this, women can discover what is really important to them in a relationship and find a partner that supports this vision. It is a process of self-discovery which helps women let go of pre-conceived ideas.
Teena’s story is truly an inspirational one. Watch the video to hear how she learned to conquer her negative internal voice and heal her emotional pain.
